This policy explains what Master Automotive Center Inc. ("we", "us") collects through masterautomotivefl.com and what we do with it. The short version: we only use what you send us to answer you, and we never sell it.
What we collect
When you send the contact form we receive your name, phone number, and anything else you choose to give us: email address, vehicle, the service you need and your message. Along with it we record the date and time, the page you sent it from, your IP address and your browser's user agent, which helps us filter out spam.
Like every web server, ours keeps standard access logs (IP address, pages requested, browser type) for security and troubleshooting.
This site does not use advertising trackers, analytics cookies or third-party marketing pixels.
How we use it
- To call, text or email you back about your request and your vehicle.
- To keep a record of what you asked for, so we can help you if you contact us again.
- To protect the site from spam and abuse.
We do not sell, rent or trade your information, and we do not add you to any marketing list from the contact form.
Where it goes
Form messages are stored on our own web server and delivered to our business email, which is hosted by Google Workspace. The site is delivered through Cloudflare, which processes requests to keep the site fast and secure. The map on our Contact page is provided by Google Maps; when that page loads, Google may receive your IP address under Google's privacy policy.
How long we keep it
We keep messages for as long as they are useful for serving you and keeping business records. You can ask us to delete yours at any time.
Your choices
To see, correct or delete the information you have sent us, call (561) 644-1292 or email [email protected]. We will take care of it promptly.
Children
This site is meant for adults arranging vehicle service. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
